Thomas Womack

A published memoir by an old time resident of Rutherford, N.C. states that
Thomas Womack was the illegitimate son of one Nancy Blanton and a Womack-that
he had a full brother Archie Blanton. It is possible that their father was
Abraham Womack of Lincoln Co., NC. This according to Fay Hoodock.


John Rice

Was a member of the Lunenburg, Va militia in 1747
Wifes name probably Mary Finney


Uriah Allison Council

Census 1850 Jackson Co., Alabama:William age 34, Elza A. age 28, Susan age 6,
William born TN, others Alabama. Only Council in state. However, according to
other records (Fay Hoodock) the names and dates listed are correct, based on
information from Worth Rays Tennessee Cousins and The Mecklenburg Signers.
Isaac Council is father of Uriah Allison according to these sources and IGI.

Died in the civil war by his own side--a problem with misidentification.


Louisa Anna Greene

The link between Louisa and her parents is speculative.

1870 census,Jackson Co., Alabama-Also corroborated with Fay Hoodock-John's
great-granddaughter. Marriage license Jackson Co., Alabama
Was a teacher, Justice of the Peace. (Married Samuel R. Corn and Sarah A.
Bryant).
